Leave the Mara behind and travel through Kenya's Great Rift Valley towards Lake Nakuru National Park, a scenic wildlife destination surrounding one of the Rift Valley's famous lakes.

After arriving and checking in, enjoy some time to relax at your accommodation.

Depending on your arrival time, you may have an opportunity for an afternoon game drive in the park. Lake Nakuru is particularly well known for its rhino population, with both black and white rhinos found within the park. Other wildlife may include lions, leopards, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras and several species of antelope.

Start the morning with breakfast before heading out for a Lake Nakuru safari game drive.

Arrive in Amboseli National Park later in the day and check in at your safari lodge or camp.

If time permits, enjoy an afternoon game drive. Amboseli is famous for its large elephant herds and offers some of the most memorable wildlife photography opportunities in Kenya, particularly when elephants are seen against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Today is dedicated to exploring Amboseli National Park on a full day Kenya safari experience.

After breakfast, head into the park for an extended game drive across its varied habitats. Amboseli is one of Kenya's best destinations for observing elephants at close range, while the park also supports lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos and numerous bird species.

The park's open plains provide excellent opportunities for wildlife photography, while the presence of Mount Kilimanjaro creates one of the most recognizable safari landscapes in Africa.

Enjoy a picnic lunch or return to your lodge depending on the day's safari arrangements before continuing with your game viewing.

As the afternoon progresses, watch the changing light across the Amboseli plains before returning to your lodge or camp.

Wake up early for breakfast and a final Amboseli game drive.

Early morning is one of the best times for wildlife viewing, as animals are often active before the heat of the day. It is also a wonderful time for photography, with softer morning light across the plains.

After the game drive, depart Amboseli and begin your journey back to Nairobi.

Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon and check in to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free for relaxation or optional activities depending on your travel arrangements.
