Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara
Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley towards the Maasai Mara. Arrive in time for lunch before heading out for an afternoon game drive. Explore the reserve in search of lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras and other wildlife.
Overnight: Maasai Mara
Day 2: Full-Day Maasai Mara Safari
Enjoy a full day exploring the Maasai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. With its abundant wildlife and open savannahs, the Mara offers excellent opportunities to spot the Big Five and other iconic African animals. A picnic lunch can be enjoyed in the reserve before continuing your safari.
Overnight: Maasai Mara
Day 3: Maasai Mara – Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, depart the Maasai Mara and travel towards Lake Naivasha through the beautiful Great Rift Valley. After lunch, enjoy a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, where you may see hippos and a variety of waterbirds.
Overnight: Lake Naivasha
Day 4: Lake Naivasha – Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park for a game drive. Explore the park in search of rhinos, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras and other wildlife. Enjoy the scenic surroundings of the lake and continue with an afternoon game drive.
Overnight: Lake Nakuru
Day 5: Lake Nakuru – Nairobi
Start the day with an early morning game drive, offering one final opportunity to view wildlife in the park. Return for breakfast before checking out and driving back to Nairobi. Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon, marking the end of your 5 Days Kenya Safari Tour.
